On home PC. It's been nagging me to do so for a while now, but hadn't done it because TPM wasn't enabled. Finally sat down and figured out where to find the setting in the BIOS. Afterwards, went ahead and proceeded with the auto update.

Most things haven't changed all that much. Just have to get used to the new start menu display.

I recommend at the very minimum swapping the start button over to the left hand side to make the transition less annoying. (Here's a whole list of other things you can do.) Personally I find the center-docking of the tool bar immensely annoying.

In general I find Windows 11 to be an inferior experience to Windows 10. I don't understand why OS grows worse with every iteration. The system really peaked with Windows 7.

(P.S. Haven't you been working with windows 11 on your business laptop? Why would you still need to get used to the new OS layout?)
