tanithryudo...was a non-event today. I called in last Friday like the summons told me to, and the automated message told me that the group I was put into are on standby for Monday, meaning we don't come in the morning, but do need to call in after 11 a.m. to see if they still needed people to coming in this afternoon.
So I call at like 11:05. I get the same message. I call again at 11:15. Same message. 11:25. Ditto. I start wondering what the heck is going on.
Finally, at about 11:35, the message finally changes. Lo and behold, my group was dismissed 'cause I guess they had enough people. So, therefore, it was a non-event.
Ah well.
