Been playing a lot of Perfect World Mobile lately...

Graphics are definitely shiny, but how's gameplay? Still grindy AF?

Haven't gotten that high... I think it's not as grindy now since freeform play is hard to do well on mobile, so the game is more scripted/linear and thus doesn't require mob grind. It does still have the RNG dependent gear treadmill at higher levels, which is more pay2win. But microtransactions are baked into mobile gaming, so it doesn't really stand out too much in comparison to other mobile games.

So, I totally installed bluestacks, but am playing Black Desert Mobile. Seems to have similar aesthetics as Perfect World, but I haven't run into grind yet.

I've heard good things about BDM. But the aesthetics just doesn't do it for me. I prefer asian looking beauties and bishies. ^_-

BDM is a Korean MMO, so the aesthetic is still kinda Asian, even if the setting is Western. But anyway, question: is Perfect World gamepad compatible? One of the reasons I'm sticking to BDM is because of the gamepad compatibility making it easier on my shoulder. (Over use of computer has completely fucked up my shoulder now, so I'm trying to use the mouse as little as possible.)

If bluestacks is gamepad compatible, then PWM will work with it too. It's just a matter of mapping stuff, I think.

EDIT2: I'm on the Fornax server for PWM. Characters are Eranthe and Vilya. I sometimes leave them on afk while at work. Friend me if you're gonna play.

Currently playing on BDM pretty deeply, which is taking up all my time. I'll probably switch over once the paywall hits. I've already screwed up my enchantment for accessories and I'm starting to find the depth of the pay-to-win of BDM's micro-transaction stuff. Once I finish the PVE campaign, I'll probably say goodbye to the game (the story is kind of ma~aybe interesting).
