Is IJ dying?

Ok, that was a little melodramatic. Blame spending too much time reading GW2 reddit. Anyway, IJ has been down quite a bit latetly. Makes me wonder if I should start slowly switching over to DW.

(Also, this post is an excuse to play around more with the DW settings.)

Eh, looks like IJ is okay...sort of? It's been taking some hits, but yeah, IJ's always had server issues that it bounces back from, so...
