tanithryudoAfter three days of wrangling with my computer, the ungrateful piece of junk finally decides that it won't install any version of Windows higher than 98. So what happens when we throw up our hands and try installing Win98? It decides to format the hard drive. All of the hard drives. For a bucket of bolts that takes up to an hour to decide whether it should load the stupid startup disk, it sure was quick with the formatting.
So, basically, it wiped out all my stuff on the hard drive. That would be *EVERYTHING* that I've done on my computer in the last... oh, THREE or so MONTHS!! Not to mention all the programs that I will now have to track down and reinstall. And, of course, there's no gurarantee that it won't break again sooner or later from all the recent trauma.
*stab* *stab* *mangle* *kick*
I hate my life. Karma friggin' owes me after this week.
