General consensus seems to be that sitting further from the screen mitigates the motion sickness. That and turning off screen shake.

Ugh.

Well, I've been sitting as far from the screen as possible, which isn't much. And oh yes, I have already turned off camera shake, that was the first thing I did. :p

Do not fucking understand why GW won't fix their FoV. From the sounds of it, it's even that hard.

Fan speculation/conspiracy theory is that it's cuz they're working to make the game compatible with console.
