I keep waking up at 5 in the morning unable to fall asleep again, and I keep falling asleep at my desk at 4-5 PM in the afternoon. Grrr. It's been two days.
It only didn't feel like it. Also, studies have shown social interaction help entrainment, so being in a group and being constantly active at the same time probably helped. :p
