To get the fonts you need, you just need to go to start->control panel->Region and Language Option. Click Languages tab. Click the install files for East Asian language.
That will ask you for your XP CD. Just put it in the drive and it will find and install that for you. Then you need to click the details button on the same window. Then click the add button on that screen. Look for the Chinese languages in the drop down. Then you can type in Chinese and view Chinese. Then Select the Advanced tab and select the compatible configuration option and click OK. Then you are done. Then you will see the language bar. It will show EN. Just click that EN and it will be a drop down menu and choose Chinese and you can use pinyin or bo po mo fo.
Note: Chinese has PRC, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore. If you want simplified, use PRC, if you want complete with bo po mo fo, use Taiwan.

Date: 2008-02-24 03:15 pm (UTC)Lots of fonts here. (http://www.sino.uni-heidelberg.de/edv/sinopc/chinese_fonts.htm)
More here. (http://www.sj00.com/soft/2/)
Beware tho'. Some of these are traditional character fonts, so it may not show up right if the character is different in traditional and simplified.
And the ones I'm currently using are here (http://www.savefile.com/files/1399798).
