The two GW editions are here. I've added them and the associated skill unlock packs to the second account. So now characters can do the quests to go to/from the three main campaigns from Lion's Arch, Consulate Docks, and Kaineng City. Level 20 characters can do the quests to go to EOTN from LA, Kamadan, and Kaineng.

Also, the Prophecies edition comes with a couple of bonus items. Use the /bonus command in town to generate them any time on any character. They're good starter stuff for heroes, I guess.
