Alternative lvl 190 Sage Rune quest...

So I was doing Tradonna and Niserine for Alfirin, and aside from coming across the mine worker (shop) on the third floor of Midgaard silver mines that was selling racoon traps, I also came across apparently a sage quest. So I figured I'd try it out and this was what happened...

On the Rainbow
[Exits: east down]
You are travelling along a magical rainbow. It is flat and not a normal
rainbow in any way, some form of magic has changed it.
A cloud reflecting the colors of the Rainbow hovers here
a reflective cloud tells you 'I see you have come a long way to enhance your abilities.'
a reflective cloud tells you 'The powers of the sky absorbed by the clouds can be yours.'
a reflective cloud tells you 'Would you like to learn more of the quest for my ruin?'
You say 'yes'
a reflective cloud tells you 'Take the energy of the colors of the rainbow.'
a reflective cloud tells you 'Find the Ruler of the Air and give it to him.'
A reflective cloud drops Colors of the Rainbow.
You get Colors of the Rainbow.
a reflective cloud tells you 'His actions will please you I'm sure.'
2. elemental canyon
You give Colors of the Rainbow to The Air ruler.
The Air ruler tells you 'Take this to the one who soars above the northern jungles.'
The Air ruler drops power of air.
You get power of air.
3. ghostly steed with target = soaring
Dark and Dangerous
[Exits: north south west]
The leaves whisper secrets of hiding preditors awaiting and watching in
the trees around you. Be prepared for anything and watch where you
step the weeds are very binding.

An eagle soars high above waiting to swoop.
You give power of air to ^v^soaring^eagle^v^.

You get wind beneath his wings.
^v^soaring^eagle^v^ tells you 'Take this to the demi-god of the storm, Saleana.'
^v^soaring^eagle^v^ tells you 'She will instill it with the energy of the storm.'
4. chess
[Exits: south]
This room, despite being inside and fairly small, still has a vicious
storm raging inside it. Small stingy drops of rain assault you as you
enter and dark clouds fill the room.

(T)Abaddon Angel of the Abyss (say menu for trigs) is here.
Seleana, a demi-goddess of storms, plays her part in the game.
Seleana tells you 'Give me the wind you have taken from the eagle'
You give wind beneath his wings to Seleana.
Seleana tells you 'Perfect!! Return to the Rainbow Cloud'
Seleana drops Rune of the Storm.
You get Rune of the Storm.
Seleana tells you 'They will tame the air to best suit your purposes.'
5. back to clouds
You give Rune of the Storm to a reflective cloud.
a reflective cloud tells you 'Your overall abilites may now be enhanced.'
a reflective cloud tells you 'Keep this rune close by .. its powers are many.'
A reflective cloud drops [-<+>-] Rune of Air [-<+>-].
You get [-<+>-] Rune of Air [-<+>-].
Anyway the second Rune of Air is on Samael, so Tsuzuki won't have to go through Lair of the Blue Dragon for it (though at 220 we can go through there for the eq I guess). =_=
EDIT - And also, current sage debuff stats:
Spell: 'tanglefoot' modifies armor class by 200 for 77 hours.
Spell: 'faerie fire' modifies armor class by 206 for 30 hours.
Spell: 'curse' modifies save vs spell by 25 for 39 hours.
Spell: 'curse' modifies hit roll by -31 for 39 hours.
Spell: 'venom' modifies armor class by 77 for 3 hours.
Spell: 'venom' modifies save vs spell by 25 for 3 hours.
Spell: 'venom' modifies strength by -5 for 3 hours.
Also - energy web looks like it's a mass debuff + stun, but it causes the mobs to aggro unlike the bard spells
