Actually, it lasts longer than 50 hours. This was just a random affects snapshot from Samael. Also, comparing the affects list of our main 4, it looks like the spell itself is lvl 500 despite being on a lvl 450 item.
Also, been keeping an eye on the amount of xp needed to lvl. Felline doesn't seem to need more than the others at the level she's at, so I don't think there's any race/class based adjustment for xp needed aside from the amount of xp angels/demons gain from alignment. As well, wanna note that Shades can't really complain about their goodies being available as EQ/pills, since they're hardly the only utils (or non-utils) for that to happen.
I'm only comparing the utility effects (spells that are castable on others).

Bard - um, maybe when they get a working skill list first =_=
Ranger - no spells available; no abilities really worth being available
