Huh. Sounds more like they're packaging the living story chapters into a "smaller" expansion and selling it. Saw that the new expansion doesn't have elite specs but will make weapons from previous elite specs available for the profession. Not sure how much that really helps, since I don't think a sword/hammer wielding Mechanist is an improvement. But maybe it'll make Rangers less shitty to play. Who even knows. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
