Also, it looks like you can unlock account access to raptor and springer in EoD too. Though I guess you won't be able to level up the mastery for those two tracks since that requires PoF.
Then I guess the skiff can serve as a replacement for the manta mount. Skyscale is still their for flying.
Oh, and gliding. Apparently if you don't have HoT, you can get base gliding access unlocked too. Just won't be able to level up the mastery track.
I guess that's all the basic movement stuff covered.
