Oooh, that makes sense. It's kind of a twist on the "my friends and I arrive in the world of LotR" trope, only this time you wake up as Legolas (or whoever). And it leans less on the self-insertion aspect by creating an original character to do the world hopping, but who suspiciously is able to do all the things you wish you could. Gotcha.
