No, I'm pretty sure those tropes were already there before 2009. I have a lot of KS fics dating back way before nuTrek was a glint in Paramount's eye to go by.
nuTrek brought in new blood to the fandom & fanfic-dom, but the characterization of TOS fics hasn't gotten mixed up with nuTrek, from what I can tell. Even the new blood that's writing TOS nowadays are those people who were inspired to go watch the TOS episodes after getting into the fandom from the reboot films.
Still, I get the idea that a lot of these fanon are actually being perpetrated by fanfics. New authors are reading works by older authors and pretty soon, common themes like the 'no-touch vulcans', 'shared bathrooms', 'woobie kid!Spock', etc etc tropes start looking like they're canon when they're not.
