Responsible Science series - Bruce centric. The first one's just Bruce and Natasha. The second one is Bruce & Steve. The third one is more of an ensemble-ish fic. Some are also marked Bruce/Steve actually but I personally didn't get any slashy feelings reading through so either it's a mis-tag or the author is a little too understated in the subtext.

Affinity series - series of short fics with interactions between some of the Avengers

There's No Such a Thing as Avengers' Movie Night - Everyone cries.
