Yes, I actually watched the show to find out which elf was who. Black haired one is Zechti, genetically engineered living weapon based on the genes of the previous elven queen Celestia, who was the older blond elf woman. The young blond elf girl is Elwyn who is as far as I can tell unrelated to Celestia.
On the original note, there's a lot of fanservice in here whenever a girl's soul blade is pulled (especially the closeups when they're pulled the first time). But at least I'll give them the fact that they also let the guys have their swords pulled (and boy that sounds dirty). XD
