Ouran 26 not downloading...

tanithryudoI just finished downloading xxxHolic 22 so it's not bittorrent that's broken.
When I start downloading Ouran 26 I keep getting a download error pop saying "Problem connecting to tracker - <urlopen error (10060, 'Operation timed out')>
