PG&E I hate you

Ok, maybe I hate you slightly less than I did 10 minutes ago.

But, today's the second time in two weeks that we've had a power outtage. Last time it started before 7 and didn't come back til sometime like 3 AM. At least this time you sort of redeemed yourself by fixing it after about an hour (about as long as my laptop battery *cough*).

But still, it wasn't even raining that hard out today. And last time there wasn't even any bad weather. And I have not heard of any plans of rolling blackouts or whatnot around here. So, why the heck do we keep getting the power knocked out?
