Made sushi today. Nothing too complicated. I only had surf clams, wakume, and carplin roe to work with (I had cucumbers but they turned out to be bitter, and no one else at home eats sashimi). But I think they looked ok. ^^

In retrospect, I think I need smaller moulds for the nigiri. Too much rice for even two hokkaido on top... Maybe if I cut it in half...
