Google Earth looks like it's something I'd like to install back on my home PC. It also makes me wonder about what little privacy we have these days but seems like too little too late at this point.
I was looking up fresnel zone earlier. I kept thinking it reminded me of some principle of waves or other from high school physics but the only word that came to mind was 'refraction' and that wasn't right. Wasn't later that I finally found the term I was looking for on wiki... diffraction.
Also, general impressions on learning about wirless technology & theory... why do we put up with all this again? Oh yes, because companies are greedy and people are lazy. And needy.
