  This is a Warlock attack spell which sends out a blast that builds
and solidifies to land a powerful damaging blow to the victim.

  When affected by this spell, a Warlock can, by chaotic chance,
catch the exact method of an enemy's attack within magic, and then

watch for the Warlock with this ability.

'INSTILL ENERGY'

  This spell works just like enchant weapon does but it is for offhand
weapons only, and its potency is slightly less. It will increase the
hitroll and damroll bonuses dependent upon the level of the weapon. 
The weapon may only be enchanted once, and must be non-magical in
nature. The weapon's alignment will take on that of the caster's.

  When a warlock is affected by recoil, any attack against them will 
result in a vicious return attack from the Warlock. Recoil is

  This shimmering multi-coloured globe helps protect the caster from
hostile magic of all sorts. While not as potent as an anti-magic
shell, this spell provides excellent protection against spells cast
by both mobiles and other players in the battlefield.

them to rain blows upon their opponents with blinding speed.

wild magic.  While controlled by the spell rampage, damage roll 
increases according to level.  A down side to this is that
the rampage is so difficult to control that the warlock cannot
concentrate on hth blows as well. As a result hitroll decreases 
according to level.

  High level Warlocks can weave magical runes upon their armor to

the equipment. This also causes the piece of equipment to be
aligned to that of the caster.

than a low level channel. An energy transfer loses very little mana
from one character to another, making it quite helpful when on a

  A new, and much more powerful version of the rudimentary spell
magic missile, force spikes are based upon the caster's damage roll,
inflicting massive amounts of damage upon their targets. Few can
withstand a bombardment of force spikes, save the magically protected
or extremely powerful.

  This spell provides effective protection against hand to hand blows
which are deflected by sheets of magical mail, visible only to the

  Casting this powerfull spell, the Warlock summons a swirling tornado
and sends it into the next room and back. As a result, one of the
objects from the adjacent room may be randomly brought into the
Warlocks room, and vice versa. There is also a chance that tornado
will spin out of control and sweep the Warlock into the next room.

when they are attacked by several beasties instead of just one or two
little nasties.

  Fortifications that can stop a Warlock are few and far between.
With this spell the caster blasts open an obstruction with unerring
accuracy, leaving little behind but a pile of ashes. Only extremely
well-crafted and magically protected portals can withstand this
devastating assault.

  Warlocks have long examined the magical flow around items, and have
discovered a method of disturbing the flow, causing the item to
violently explode. When cast, the Warlock can blow up any item in the
room, annihilating it completely. Some special items have increased
magical resistance and will fail to implode.

  When their hit points are reduced below a certain point, Warlocks
find themselves in danger of losing their magical abilities in death,
causing them to enter a deadly magical rage. The damage of all attack
spells is greatly increased, and few can withstand the wrath of a
raging Warlock for long.

  By casting this spell, Warlocks send a shocking wave of electricity 
through their body. This shock makes all the Warlock equipment that
was charged with explosive runes go off at once, damaging the monster.
When exploded in this way runes do more damage. This spell does not
work against other players.

  Ultimo is an attack spell that is based upon the damroll of the
caster. It combines both fighter and spell-casters aspects of a
Warlock to viciously damage an opponent.

  Warlocks share a great disdain for lesser beasts that dare to attack
them, and this spell is their solution. Implosion is basically the
caster forcing a monster to explode inwardly, utterly annihilating
the monster as well as any gold or equipment they were carrying.

'MIRROR IMAGE'

  Warlocks have discovered the secret to creating mirror images of
themselves. As the Warlock increases in power, they are able to create
more mirror images. These images will absorb the blow intended for the
Warlock, then disappear. Mirror images will also slowly disappear over
time one after another.

'ETHEREAL CUT'

  Instead of gently manipulating the flows of the ethereal plane as
ghostly steed does, Warlocks forcefully break the pattern of the
ethereal plane, teleporting themselves a very small distance (into
the next room). As a result of this forceful entry, the Warlock
appears in the room suddenly and instantly destroys any mobile that
is within the room.

  By casting this powerful spell, the Warlock can shatter to pieces
one random piece of equipment on a monster, causing severe damage.

  Warlocks and Bards are masters of magical energies and have learned
to gain limited control over the chaos which guides most magic. With
this skill they can in effect cause more surges in their spell
casting, greatly increasing the spell's effect.

  After months of training, the Warlock gains the opportunity to
retain their recoil aura after the first hit, offering the chance
for the aura to hit a number of times before wearing off.

  This spell will not work in the battlefield.

  The highest damage spell a warlock can cast is swirling blades.
The warlock summons a series of swords which spin around their 
enemies and cut them to shreds.  This spell is surgable.
