Yet another Senbatsu idea
So this would take place in the Psidai universe when everyone's in high school (H-3), after the Nationals.

Prologue:
Everyone arrives at the Senbatsu thing and finds out just who is (or isn't) involved.
Part 1: The Line-up
Conversation between the coaches on who will be chosen for the All-stars team.
Part 2: Announcement
The coaches break the news to the Senbatsu ensemble - first that this'll be an all-doubles game, and then each of the doubles pairs.
Part 2.0.1: Domino Effect
The immediate follow-up to Part 2, wherein the reactions of everyone to the news is derailed by the normal random insanity of the PoT universe.
Part 2.5: Preparation
The Data Pair, ever prepared, preps their teams and themselves for the upcoming match.
Part 3: D5
Start of the match. Seigaku is sitting on the 3rd row, Hyotei on the 4th. Shishido comes in late, draggin Oshitari who's trying to talk him out of seeing the match period.
D5 begins with Echizen-Sanada pair sucking very much. Sakaki is bench coach, which means neither Sanada nor Echizen listens to him (neither being from Hyotei). Everyone comments on how badly the combinations are on both sides, and that Echizen is just worse.
Echizen & Sanada's powers also screws up the other guy playing with Kevin, who's a psi with powers kinda like Hiyoshi/Marui. The guy is actually more a hollywood type tennis player than real tennis player, which means all the stupid fangirls are there to gasp/cheer at every turning point of the very badly played game. Mizuki pops up to reveal that D5 was the throwaway match for the Americans, there only to draw in the fans.
Japan loses, but Kevin is also not happy with his win.
Part 4: D4
Eiji and Mukahi are totally whipping their opponents despite them not even trying. They're focused on one-upping each other and generally runnin circles around the other side. Plus they keep hitting the ball at the same time, which either causes it to randomly land in the lines and win the point or to random go out and lose a point. In the end, they accidentally conk out the referee, which forfeits their game despite the fact they were dominating.
Oji's the bench coach. He takes forever to say something, during which Eiji and Mukahi are competing at trying to guess what he's going to say. Except he always ends up saying something utterly irrelevant.
Part 5: D3
Kirihara notes their opponents are both lefties and takes the first match with his Phantom Ball. The opponents start round two by trying to maim Kirihara with their ball, but Kirihara notices what they're doing and pays them back in kind. After one of them gets their face scratched, they figure that strategy isn't working on Kirihara and try to main Ohtori instead. Kirihara is forced to run around trying to protect Ohtori from getting smacked (even if he wouldn't feel it). Kamio gets a pot shot in at Kirihara.
Shishido loses it in the stands. Everyone else except Seigaku retreats from the area. Hyotei dogpiles Shishido to prevent him from rushing onto the court, and tumble down into row 1, taking all of Seigaku with them.
Ohtori wins the next game with the Scud Serve. Kirihara has his Phantom Ball broken when one of the opponents switches to right hand (ambidexterous). They keep losing because Kirihara is too focused on protecting Ohtori to attack. Finally it's Ohtori's serve and both Kirihara & Shishido tell him to serve to the guy's face. He KO's one guy. The other guy insists on continuing and not forfeiting and also gets KO'ed, this time by accident.
Kirihara gets a pot shot back at Kamio and is congratulating Ohtori when Shishido pops up. D3 wins because their opponents auto-forfeit.
Part 6: D2
Having done research beforehand, Inui & Yanagi know what they're up against. They throw the first game to get data. Hiko tells them to get serious, but Yanagi persuades Inui to play a little more. Hiko chews them out at 3-0.
Then they get serious and start creaming their opponents, freaking them out with their data tennis, and increasing the rhythm of the game until their verbal calculations (Inui in English and Yanagi in Japanese) are overlapping and overwhelming the other side. They win it easily.
Somewhere in the middle, the Wakato-type copier starts using Buggy Whip Shots. Inui starts cackling. Yanagi notes he's having way too much fun. Kaidoh is very embarrassed.
Part 7: D1
First the US D1 walk onto the court. Then Atobe-Tezuka are announced and they walk on. All the 300+ Hyotei tennis members (who all showed up in the audience) start cheering with Atobe directing them, except they also cheer for Tezuka. Sweatdrops. Tezuka is unamused.
After things quiet, there's murmurings from the stands speculating on how things are going to go and if Atobe-Tezuka can function as doubles. Sanada gets backhandedly insulted/complimented a lot in comparison. Echizen is amused.
As the match starts, the opponents keep insulting Atobe-Tezuka. Tezuka is stoic. Atobe gives back as good as he gets, even taking up Tezuka's insults. They go through Japanese, English, and many other languages including German. Tezuka occassionally tries to correct Atobe's grammar (we can use bablefish for these). They're creaming the other side.
At 5-0, Tezuka and Sakaki (who's bench coach) have a non-conversation. Atobe starts ranting at Tezuka and starts playing with his back facing the net.
In the stands, Inui and Yanagi are going through a stack of dictionaries. Oishi and Eiji are marveling over Atobe-Tezuka's perfect combo. Oshitari reveals Atobe's new 'No-Eye Tennis' style. Shishido & Momo get into an argument over Momo's naming of Atobe's moves (Puppet shot? Inverted Jacknife) with Ohtori trying to get Shishido to calm down and Oishi occassionally telling Momo to be quiet and trying to get Fuji to stop chewing the scenery.
I'll be taking parts 2, 3, and 6. Cashew will be taking parts 1, 5, 7. We'll see about the prologue and part 4.
