The best classes for autoplay are probably the ranged dps ones: archer (single target focus), wizard (aoe attack focus), vulpine (debuff/dot attack focus).

Though, I mean, it's also possible to autoplay on tank or healer for the normal events too. And in hard dungeons, it's best not to rely on autoplay at all for any class. So this is just a generalization.
