Competent as in close to meeting the BR requirements (ie. not underleveled and have leveled the heal spells), not on autoplay (you can tell cuz those guys just ignore the red circles), not running a PvP build for PvE (cuz demon spec cleric has no heal-other spells), and actually focus on using heal skills on group (tank) instead of using damage skills as if they're doing a solo quest....

PWM has autopath and autoplay!
