I've set up a dreamwidth account as well. However for now I am only going to use it to backup my main IJ journal. I like that it has a very convenient import function that you can run more than once to keep things updated. Much better backup option than using ljArchive or LJ-Sec. Username is the same on both journals.

Well, I guess the other thing you can do is keep backing up your journal every so often.

The only reason I'm not doing that right now is because I have so many custom filters and it would be awkward if some of my locked entries were accidentally given access to people who really shouldn't have access. :p
