Don't have the DVD (watched it off a friend because I'm cheap), but here's the complete torrent with over 200 seeders (http://thepiratebay.org/torrent/4410443/Planet.Earth.2006%5B720p-HDDVD%5Dx264-ESiR).

Disney "cooperated" with BBC, and thus got the rights to the footage. Without spending any fucking time on it. *angry*
